About Us

Pinguino is an ongoing Open Source / Open Hardware project initiated by Jean-Pierre Mandon in 2008. The v1.0 of Pinguino IDE was published on September 2008.

Jean-Pierre Mandon is an electronic engineer. He teach programming, interactivity and networks solutions at the Aix en provence School of Art. He work too as a freelance engineer mostly in industrial robotic. He work on Microchip microcontroller since 1997.
